Aszù Essencia 1995

The density and color are comparable to the previous wine but the bouquet is less explosive and initially more reluctant but it comes out after breathing long which also eliminates any initial reduction. The bouquet is a brawl between wild notes and those of dried berries followed by scents of ginger, white melon and honey. The mouthfeel is still taut, very fresh and very sweet but never sickly. *500cl bottles.
