After a dry winter, a cool and wet spring helped the vines recover from the previous year. The harvest was very late, with the Merlot picked in mid-October followed by the other varietals.
35% Cabernet Franc, 35% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot. Matured in new barriques for over a year. A dark ruby color. The austere bouquet has scents of dark fruit, charcoal, graphite and elegant citron. The mouthfeel is very interesting, flavorful and elegant, fresh and juicy with a lovely and fine texture. Lovely to drink with a long finish.
