100% Catarratto grapes cultivated at about 1000 mt of altitude. Stainless steel for 6 months. Bright straw yellow. Fresh and elegant on the nose with notes of white fruits, wild herbs, exotic fruits, lemon and cedar. Dense and fresh on the mouth, great balance. Again fruity and citrusy notes. Savory and very long. It confirms to be a very pleasant white wine, ready to drink now but with a long life ahead.
