100% Riesling grapes. Outstanding. The wines of this formidable producer are unique and true works of art that are sought after by wine lovers around the world. This has a golden, luminous and deep color while the aroma, as always, is an irresistible explosion of sensations. The mineral and balsamic notes are hard to describe and the notes of candied citrus and pine needles are enthralling. But the wine reveals its best in the mouthfeel because despite the indomitable sweet there is an amazing suaveness and lightness. The glass remains filled with aromas long after the wine is finished. Fantastic.

This is probably the most expensive Spätlese on the market and is difficult to find through non-official channels for less than 150 euros a bottle.
