A surprisingly intact and concentrated red color and a complex aroma that is an explosion of Marasca cherry jam, cherries preserved in alcohol, dark chocolate, juniper and pipe tobacco that continues to change with breathing. The mouthfeel is outstanding and has an unexpected elegance and concentration thanks to tannins that create unusual balances. The slightly bitter aftertaste has notes of cinchona and rhubarb. *375ml bottles.
