    Made from only Fiano grapes in stainless steel without filtration. The color is an intense and luminous straw-yellow and the deep aroma is almost ethereal with its scents of tomato leaf, sage, hazelnut and yellow plum. The bouquet then opens to notes of acacia flower, nuances of damp earth and a subtle smoky sensation. The bold mouthfeel has body and a solid acidic backbone that makes it balanced and elegant as well as salty and warm. The finish is long. Bottles produced: 4,000.
