A blend of 50% Malvasia Bianca, 25% Grechetto and 25% Vermentino that undergoes cold maceration on the skins in stainless steel vats for 12 hours and then ages in cement vats. The wine has a pale, straw-yellow color with green reflections and fresh and fragrant aromas including medicinal herbs like sage and a bit of anise, yellow fruit including exotic fruit and floral hints. Freshness is also the principle factor in the mouthfeel which is full and structured with a tasty finish that recalls wild fennel.
