100% Lambrusco di Sorbara grapes. Ancestral method. Intense pink color. Very thin and consistent sparkles. Intense notes of strawberry jelly with hints of macerated rose petals. Vigor and acidity on the palate, with a very light intriguing spiciness. Really convincing, probably the positive vintage, favored the structure and consistence on the palate.
