An equal blend of Grechetto and Viogner whereas the uncle originally used Semillon. The wine ages for 12 months in 1,000-liter Slavonian oak and chestnut barrels. The color is less bold than its brother but equally limpid and bright. The aroma is very elegant and varied with scents that range from white flowers to fruit along with balsamic and Mediterranean hints. The mouthfeel is wonderful, consistent with the aroma, fine, measured and truly persistent and rewarding. A recognized star. Annual production: 5,000 bottles.
