An equal blend of Grechetto and Viogner grapes that, like all the estate’s wines, is made with a minim use of machinery and only in stainless steel. The wine has a fairly bold, limpid canary-yellow color and a bouquet that is slightly citrusy and has Mediterranean aromas. The mouthfeel is ‘sweet’ but not sugary, soft and fruity and yet at the same time expresses an almost surprising vigor and verticality. Annual production: 5,000 bottles.
