This Chablis is a legend, one that has achieved the quality heights of the great Chardonnay of Beaune. Its serene color is a clear yellow with some golden reflections that give it importance while the bouquet has hints of saffron, lime and gerbera. The mouthfeel is unique among other wines from the area, one that unites the boldness of a Meursault with the freshness of a Chablis, all embellished by an unusual complexity. There are pronounced sensations of flint and gunpowder, the producer’s trademark, and overall the mouthfeel is broad and solemn.
