A wine from only Bianchello grapes that spends little time on the lees, ages for four or five months in stainless steel vats and then at least a couple of months in the bottle, which has a screw cap. It has a nice, bright and clear straw-yellow color and very fresh aromas of green grass, flowers and white fruit. The mouthfeel is a little disappointing (2014 was not a great year) because it was a little too thin but overall this is a pleasing wine without an exaggerated alcoholic content, 12%. The wine pairs well with simple seafood dishes typical of Fano. Annual production: 13,000 bottles.
