A Sangiovese that ages in cement for six months, this wine has a ruby color and a classic bouquet of fruit notes, cherry and blackberry, also in jam form. The full mouthfeel has crude, slightly aggressive tannins that should settle with bottle aging. A rustic but pleasing wine.
