    The grapes grow in a volcanic soil composed of Campanian ignimbrites and the wine ages in stainless steel.  The yellow color has green reflections and the aromatic profile has fresh vegetal notes like basil and sage followed by hints of exotic fruit. The full mouthfeel has a nice acidic tension and salinity and is both persistent and balanced.                                                                                                                                               Annual production: 20,000 bottles.
