For those who visit the territories of Langhe and Roero and want to move around by bike and on foot, this guide proposes 28 detailed itineraries, with all the useful information to move with awareness.

The guide "Langhe and Roero by bike and on foot" contains 28 ring-shaped itineraries for racing bikes, E-bikes, MTBs and trekking bikes, and there is also a large section dedicated to excursions on foot. It is basically a collection of itineraries in the Langhe of Barolo, Alta Langa and Roero, in the areas of Barbaresco, Moscato and up to the limits of Monferrato.

Each itinerary is accompanied by detailed maps, an elevation profile, and all the necessary information: distance, travel time, elevation gain, indications about the roads, the trails to follow, and the effort required.

In the 240 pages of the book there are hundreds of indications for taverns and restaurants, wineries, places of artistic and cultural interest, activities and food and wine experiences. As a matter of fact, besides the technical notes, there are historical, artistic, cultural and enogastronomical deepenings about the crossed territories, as well as an infinity of suggestions by the author: restaurants, hotels, wine shops, as well as visits to wineries, cheese producers or trifulao, in order to know and fully enjoy the visited territory.

The Guide, published by Fraternali Editore and already available in the best bookstores and on the publisher's website, will be officially presented on May 21 at the Turin Book Fair.
