In the cozy setting of the Modenese countryside, amid the scent of the vineyards and the colors of a cuisine steeped in tradition, comes Foresteria Cavicchioli, an osteria founded on the embrace of historic flavors and modern experimentation, a symphony orchestra of taste directed by chef Nicola Pini.

Chef Pini and his team rework the tradition of Modena with a modern twist, keeping high quality raw materials a priority, starting from dairy products and cured meats to truffles and mushrooms, passing through the semi-integral flours of pizzas and fine wine labels. Ready to impress every guest with bold flavors and intoxicating aromas.

A comfortable culinary offering is flanked by a sought-after selection of wines: Winemaker Sandro Cavicchioli is a signature and inventor of pairings with classic and non-classic flavors, obtained thanks to a varied wine list that starts from Emilian names to reach every point in Italy. In the Bottega dei vini, in fact, the philosophy is to give guests an experience that goes beyond the company's cuisine and wines. A careful selection of the best wines, not only of those produced by the company, but of the entire Italian territory, where to travel and experience every scent, flavor and color of the peninsula.

The Cavicchioli Guesthouse is divided between two main spaces. The first, on the ground floor, was created by renovating the rooms of the old stable and can accommodate up to 50 guests; the second consists of a restaurant room on the second floor, where up to 90 diners can be accommodated. There is a patio, overlooking the Due Madonne vineyard, and a room equipped for meetings, suitable for groups of about 20 people.

Osteria, pizzeria, wine shop, open daily for lunch and dinner, except Monday and Tuesday lunchtime.
