A little sun from the south
Nicola Ferri is a ‘philosopher’ winemaker in Puglia who aside from a vast knowledge of humanist culture has a passion for wine difficult to match. He operates in Valenzano, in the province of Bari, and is an artist of Primitivo as well as the many other varieties in Puglia both native and international.
But here we will not be looking at his reds because Nicola is also a great master of white wine. This white, in particular, is great at the table and is so versatile and pleasing that it is dangerous because you may drink more than you need or should with your meal.
