A friend for the summer
Set up in 1961 following the Land Reform Bill, Cantina di Cerveteri is a wine cooperative with 250 members with vineyards in the area between Fiumicino and Montalto di Castro along the coast and inland as far as Lake Bracciano. The some 2,000 hectares of vineyards have mostly a volcanic soil and are only a few kilometers from the coast. Today, Cantina di Cerveteri is the largest wine cooperative in the region of Lazio and seeks to produce quality wine at competitive prices. Enologist Arianna Colaiocco and her staff offer technical support in every phase of production. The exceptional 2015 harvest allowed for the creation of the new Viniae Grande Bianco, with a revamped winemaking process as well as packaging.
