Tre Monti, Romagna at home

The winery from Romagna Tre Monti, is owned by Navacchia family and makes its wines at very convenient prices like the Sangiovese Superiore Campo di Mezzo.
Owned by the Navacchia family that founded it in the 1970s, this estate has its vineyards in into two separate townships. The first is Serra in the Imola Hillls, which also hosts the winery, and the other is nearer to Forlì in the village of Petrignone. The vineyards were planted in consideration of the soils and so those in Serra grow Albana grapes, which thrive in clay, while Sangiovese is cultivated in Petrignone, where the soil is sandier and full of gravel.
