Boschetto di Viadana Miglioli con Pasta e Zucca

The Miglioli estate in Viadana, in the province of Mantua, produces a Lambrusco Mantovano that exalts the particular characteristics of the native Lambrusco Viadanese grape it is made from.

The Miglioli winery, of the historic winemaking family of the same name, is in the town of Viadana where the Lambrusco has unique and flavorful characteristics that make it distinctly different from other Lambrusco wines produced in the surrounding area. This is because it is made with the Lambrusco Viadanese grape, a very particular native varietal.

Miglioli was one of the leading producers to enhance the value of this varietal and today its wines are the most inspired expressions of it.

The Miglioli family estate’s history goes back to 1864 and today it is run by brothers Alberto, an enologist (from Conegliano Veneto) and farmer, and Andrea, who handles sales and is responsible for the final stages in production, including logistics.
