Young but increasing
This young farm with very good potential is steadily growing. Agricola Cosmo Di Russo was founded in 2008 with the ambitious aim of making Gaeta olives popular all over the world, without forgetting their own roots, represented by territory and tradition.
With the invaluable help of his father Pasquale and his brother Elio, today Cosmo runs 12 hectares of olive grove with 4,000 trees of the variety Itrana. In the last harvest 550 quintals of olives and 60 hectoliters of oil were produced. There are two very good Extra Virgin, Caieta and Don Pasquale Pdo Colline Pontine, that we preferred.
