Point of reference from Latium
Another brilliant result for La Mola in Castelnuovo di Farfa, in Latium region, an indisputable quality point of reference of regional olive growing. This achievement is due to Anna Maria Billi together with Francesca and Paola Pingi, who bottle the oil obtained from 4,500 trees planted in an 18-hectare olive grove. In the last harvest 250 quintals of olives were produced, equal to 40 hectolitres of extra virgin olive oil.
