Definitely another kind of Fiano
Filippo Cassano, the estate owner and enologist is one of the ‘young lions’ of Puglia winemaking, one who has very clear ideas of what he wants: all his 70 hectares of vineyards must be organic and the wines they produce must communicate the land they were made in. Naturally, the best are the Primitivo ones but the estate’s vast range of whites are also making a name for themselves.
