A stimulating Lambrusco Maestri: Lamoretti

Colli di Parma Lambrusco Maestri by Lamoretti shows how pleasant and immediate this naturally sparkling wine can be.
This historic winery is in a fairy-tale setting on to the Parma hills not far from the Torrechiara farm. The vineyards extend throughout the estate and cover a large hill which has a southeast exposure, overlooking the Torrente Parma Valley, and has an altitude of between 210 and 310m above sea level. The soil has nice drainage and is most clay with a high among of lime which limits the yield of the vines while the grapes are very concentrated.
