After coming out with its first white wines, Christian Plattner’s Alto Adige winery Waldgries dazzles us with this excellent Pinot Bianco Isos 2014
Christian Plattner is a young producer who in just a few years has become a reference point for wine in the area of Bolzano. His Santa Maddalena and Lagrein are textbook wines but, not being lazy, he did not stop there and began to study making white wines. His first experiments were already interesting but this time he wanted to dazzle us with special effects.
