Blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Nero grapes. Aged in barriques for 6 months. Classic method, 78 months on the lees. Intense straw yellow color with golden hues and fine perlage. Very interesting nose profile of hazelnut biscuit, caramel, yellow peach, and mandarin juice followed by a scent of fresh ginger. The palate is fruity, very pleasant, and well-defined offering a good freshness and a vibrant depth.
