Made with Albana grapes from the Bacchilega vineyards using 470-liter Georgian amphorae (kvevri) without the use of select yeasts or temperature control. Macerating for three months gave this wine a full, golden color and a rich and complex aroma with notes of white pepper, gorse and a little mango. The mouthfeel is full and saline and progresses well towards a fruity finish of medlar. Only 500 bottles were made.
