    Made from Verdicchio grapes and matured in stainless steel. Producer Alberto Serenelli, of Ancona, is much better known for his Rosso Conero, which at times can be a bit baroque (but it has extremely loyal fans). Great attention is paid to the Verdicchio of Jesi and Sora Elvira is what a Jesi should be: vivacious, with vegetal aromas, a note of wild fennel and a straightforward mouthfeel that is fresh, giddy, full and with almond sensations. The wine is more straightforward than complex and goes well with any meal.
