    100% Assyrtiko. Matured 12 months in barriques and then aged in the bottle. An intense yellow color. The attack of the aroma comes from the wood with toasted and slightly powdery notes. The mouthfeel is extremely vertical and saline and alternates between the creaminess of ripe, yellow fruit and an intrinsic salinity. Very communicative.
