    A blend of 80% Palumm and 20% Tintore di Tramonti from vineyards that for centuries have been beaten by winds heading out to sea. It is made in stainless steel and has a pale ruby color with scents that recall the earth, rose petals, orange and lemon leaf. The mouthfeel is fresh, vertical, brackish and has pluck towards a long finish with a fine note of iodine.

    Bottles produced: 2,000.
