    100% Dolcetto. Stainless steel on the less for 10 months. Bright violet ruby red color. Clear and typical aromas of violets, black cherreis, black currant and hints of flint. Warm taste, agile, savory, neat, nicely blended in tannins, good body. Surprisingly persistent finish for its cathegory.
