Marika is a Verdicchio that seeks to boldly stand out from the others and this is already evident with its intense yellow color. It is made from grapes that were frozen in giant refrigerators to a low of -23° in order to extract all the aromas found in this magnificent grape during destemming after which they are pressed when they are softer but not defrosted. This is a meticulous and difficult process done by hand but which results in a soft, saline and delicate wine with scents of ripe and sweet fruits that blend in with those of white flowers and aromatic herbs.
