Made from only Grecanico Dorato grapes, a native Sicilian varietal that probably (as the name would indicate) has Greek origins. It was recently rediscovered and is producing excellent results, thanks especially to being slightly aromatic. The wine has a clear, straw-yellow color with green reflections and a delicate and fresh citrusy aroma with hints of orange blossom and light notes of aromatic herbs. The mouthfeel is fresh and very saline, crispy and light with a sea-breeze finish.
