Made using only Gruner Veltliner grapes and fermented in part in stainless steel vats and in part in 30hl acacia barrels. The wine has a full, straw-yellow color and a dry and full aroma with sensations of Renetta apple and flowers on a spicy background of anise. The mouthfeel is fresh, full and dynamic with an intense return of fruit and spice.
