100% Garganega. An intense yellow color. Matured in oak vats for 8-10 months. The bouquet has immediate volcanic notes and toasted ones from the barrels. The fruity nose is rich and compact. The mouthfeel is extremely salty with a slightly dusty finish. Distinguished by a great complexity.
