    Da uve zibibbo (moscato di Alessandria) parzialmente appassite. Matura in vasca per almeno 7 mesi. Giallo dorato molto intenso con lievi riflessi ambrati. Naso avvolgente e intenso con note di albicocca secca, datteri, scorza d'arancia candita e un rinfrescante soffio di timo. Dolce in bocca, ma con una buona acidità ad equilibrare il sorso, denso e ricco, di magnifica lunghezza.
