All things considered, quite moving. It has a lively, garnet color, an extraordinary old style Bordeaux aroma with notes of tobacco and leather, rhubarb and graphite. The mouthfeel is still fruity, broad and the tannins are fresh. A truly splendid wine thanks to its abundance of fruit (blackcurrant) which is quite extraordinary for a 30-year-old wine. Those who are not big fans of concentration can add a couple of points to our rating.
