    100% Pinot Nero grapes. Classic method, at least 50 months on the lees. Straw yellow color with golden hues and fine perlage. Opens to notes of white field blossoms and hay, then bread crust, citrus and acacia honey. Creamy and vigorous effervescence, fresh and saline, vibrant and with a long length.
