Made from Negroamaro grapes that were picked at night to better control the temperature. After a soft pressing the juice macerates on the skins for 15-18 hours to give the wine its lovely and relatively bold, limpid and bright pink color. The fresh aroma is dominated by scents of cherry and fresh flowers. Cherry is also present in the distinct mouthfeel that is very flavorful and has a wonderful freshness that entices another sip while the quite long for a wine with such an attractive price.
