The Vermentino grapes for this wine are from three different vineyards and the wine matures in stainless steel and wood containers of various sizes. The wine has a golden-yellow color and scents of hawthorn and aromatic herbs with a delicate nuance of citrus. The structure is full and bold yet juicy with a great freshness and dynamism with flavors of white peach, thyme and spice to lead to a finish of rare depth and complexity.
