Made from hand-picked Aglianico grapes from pruned spur cordon-trained vines. The wine matures in new barriques and has a ruby-red color with purples reflections. The aroma has scents of red fruit and spice and the mouthfeel is balanced. The name is derived from the local dialect for “enjoy”.
