A blend of 72% Chardonnay and 28% Pinot Noir with 30% of the wines fermenting in white-oak barrels for a minimum of seven months, followed by aging on the lees for at least 36 months. The wine has a lucent color with a fine effervescence and a fresh and delicate aromatic profile with scents of jasmine, hawthorn, laurel and white tea together with buttery nuances and notes of candied citrus. The mouthfeel has a lively freshness full of soft fruit and it is pleasingly joyous and at the same time has a composed refinedness.
