Master in International Food & Beverage Management di ESCP Business School - graduation

ESCP Business School's Master in International Food & Beverage Management has been confirmed first in the world in Eduniversal's Best Masters Ranking. The Turin Campus' flagship specialist program, which aims to create the future ambassadors of "Made in Italy," awarded once again globally for academic excellence and the uniqueness of its educational offerings.

ESCP Business School's Master's in International Food & Beverage Management is reconfirmed in first place globally in the Eduniversal ranking of the best specialized programs that prepare for an international management career in the food and beverage industry. An important recognition that once again rewards the academic excellence and uniqueness on the international scene of this innovative course of study, which is always aimed at capturing new trends in the industry. Carried out in English between Italy and France - the two symbolic places of world food and wine excellence -, it has the ambitious goal of creating future ambassadors of "Made in Italy" in the world and is aimed at graduates and young professionals who want to develop their own business ideas or careers in companies.

There are three criteria that saw ESCP stand out among more than 22 thousand master's degrees and MBAs from around the world analyzed by Eduniversal: the program's notoriety and recognition among companies that recruit young talent; salary at first job after graduation and attainment of top positions on the job market; and student satisfaction based on feedback received at the end of studies.

"The Eduniversal ranking confirms the Master's program as a global excellence and once again demonstrates the validity of our concrete, multicultural educational model that trains professionals with an international outlook and soft skills. This achievement, combined with the academic experience, has been achieved by building strong relationships with the best companies in the industry, providing our students with the knowledge they need to pursue a successful career in Food and Beverage Management" - says Prof. Francesco Rattalino, Director of ESCP Torino Campus.

"This recognition fills us with pride. It is the result of the passionate and intense teamwork of the entire school, which invests great energy in the training of future leaders in Food and Beverage, a sector that has enormous potential and which confirms Italy and France, the two countries where the program takes place, as excellences at the international level - adds Prof. Francesco Venuti, Academic Director of the Master's in International Food & Beverage Management -. The master's program, although relatively young, is beginning to have a certain history and fame, responding to the needs of the sector by training talented managers who are passionate and adequately prepared, ready to face the challenges of the future."

In a constantly changing sector such as Food & Beverage, there continues to be a growing demand for training that is both multidisciplinary and international in scope, and at the same time down-to-earth and vertical, in order to understand the dynamics and specificities that govern the industry and to face the challenges of the future with awareness. For this reason, ESCP's Master's program offers its participants the opportunity to come into direct contact with an extraordinary variety of companies - from multinationals to small and medium-sized enterprises to startups - to provide students with a real competitive edge needed to work in this field or start their own business, by delving into and learning how to anticipate important growing trends such as digital innovation, circular economy, food waste, "farm to fork" strategies and sustainability. The increasing focus on these green issues has led, starting with the 2021-2022 academic year, to the start of a collaboration with FAO, including some FAO Academy courses among the electives offered to students.

The classroom experience is then enriched and complemented by consulting projects, company visits and internships in the best Italian and international companies in the sector, as well as the opportunity to access a wide global network of top managers, professionals and Alumni of ESCP Business School.

At the end of the program, each student will be awarded two certificates: the Specialization Diploma in Food & Beverage issued by ESCP and the DEAMIE, Diplôme d'Études Avancées en Management International des Entreprises, which is the Diplôme d'Études Avancées in International Business Management issued by the French Ministry and equated in number of University Educational Credits to an Italian Laurea Magistrale.
