Notary Giancarlo Perrotta, until 2017 editor of the Gambero Rosso restaurant guide, died today in Rome.

Seventy-two years old, Roman, Perrotta was a refined gourmet and for years he protected the most classic restaurants alongside the great protagonists of the Italian gastronomic revolution of the last two decades without neglecting the most interesting novelties. While in charge of the guide, he never left his notary profession, specializing in Transfers of Ownership and Incorporation of Companies.
