Produced from Coratina 50%, Ogliarola 35%, Leccino 10%, Peranzana 5%. Continuos cycle production system. Medium fruity. It is an intense limpid golden yellow color with light green hues. Its aroma is ample and rotund, rich in vegetal hints of artichoke and chicory, together with notes of lettuce and spicy hints of black pepper and almond. Its taste is fine and complex, with a flavor of aromatic herbs, especially mint, rosemary and sage. Bitterness is definite and pungency is distinct.
