Tonda Iblea variety (100%), continuous cycle method. Intense fruity. It has an intense limpid golden yellow color with slight green hues. Its aroma is definite and complex, rich in notes of medium ripe tomato, white apple, banana and distinct hints of mint, basil and parsley. Its taste is ample and strong, with a vegetal flavor of celery, fresh broad beans and lettuce. Bitterness is powerful and pungency is distinct.
