Made only with Caninese olives, the oil has a lovely and intense golden-yellow color with delicate and limpid green reflections. The aroma is complex and wrapping with distinct notes of artichoke, chicory and lettuce enriched by spicy scents of black pepper and cinnamon along with fresh hints of basil and mint. The mouthfeel is fine and full with rich sensations of rosemary and sage to then close with a sweet almond flavor. Boldly bitter and distinctly spicy and nicely balanced.
