‘Égalité chez toi’ is born

The well-known boulangerie Égalité of Porta Venezia in Milan combines the take-away sale with the new home delivery service, to receive bread, cakes and other house specialties at home.

Despite the coronavirus emergency in recent weeks, Égalité had not abandoned its customers, guaranteeing the essential service of production and take-away sales. Now it is possible to have the 6 different types of baguette delivered to your home (Tradition, the traditional French baguette; Molinarde, a mix of traditional flour, toasted wheat and sprouted barley malt; Molinarde au pavot, with poppy seeds; Molinarde au sésame, with sesame seeds; Céréale, with sunflower seeds, brown flax, sesame, rye flakes, buckwheat, and quinoa [my favourite]; Épi, the same as Tradition Française, but in the shape of an ear of corn), viennoiserie (croissants, pain au chocolate, madeleine, tartlets, tropézienne, éclair...) and also savoury dishes, such as the three different versions of quiche (the classic Lorraine with bacon, Poireaux with leeks and Chèvre tomates with goat cheese and tomatoes).

Both the simple baked goods and the confectionery are of a high level, with excellent quality ingredients and I can't wait for this authentic boulangerie to reopen so that I can go back there when I'm in Milan.

How to order

The minimum order is € 15, with a cost of € 2.50 for deliveries within 3 km and € 6 in the rest of Milan. The take-away and delivery products form is available on Égalité's website and socials.

The order can be placed by writing to info@egalitemilano.it or to the facebook page by 12.00 noon. Égalité will return the form with the total amount (including delivery costs) to make payment via Paypal or Satispay. Delivery will take place the following morning, three o'clock at 8am and 11am. The service is available from Tuesday to Saturday.
