Adele Mixology Lounge and Ristorante Mirabelle

In Rome, in the heart of the historic center, right above the Spanish Steps, going up the Spanish Steps, you arrive at the luxurious Splendide Royal Hotel inside which are two beautiful venues. 

One is the Adele Mixology Lounge, a splendid cocktail bar, open every evening, located on the highest terrace in the entire Eternal City and from which you can enjoy an unparalleled 360-degree view: all the great beauty is below you! 

At the Adele they await you with beautiful small tables, comfortable armchairs, equally comfortable sofas, lots of lightheartedness and joie de vivre. They will have you listening to good music, drinking great cocktails, nibbling on some well-made dishes. Also nice is the wine list with several things by the glass as well. If you want, you may decide to spend the whole evening here. We have done so several times.

If, on the other hand, you feel like enjoying a hearty breakfast, brunch, a nice lunch or a nice dinner, the Mirabelle restaurant awaits you one floor down. The restaurant seems to be divided into three different areas: the rich interior room, the two-person tables overlooking the city, and finally the relatively small room reserved for big occasions and important tables. 

Classic restaurant, hugely successful with the public, international cuisine from land and sea, elegant service, very extensive wine list with important mark-ups. You can choose from the various tasting menus, or go a la carte. Either way, despite the large influx of customers, you will be served in a timely manner and will be very satisfied.
