In the glass this has an amber color with ginger reflections and a white and compact head. The nose is bold and intense with scents of malt and caramel that progressively make way for sweet notes of citrus and those of melon and ginger with hints of honey. The carbonation is subtle and wrapping in a rounded mouthfeel that has nicely calibrated bitter sensations and those directly consistent with the aroma with distinct notes of caramel and citrus, as well as the ever-present one of malt. This is a fine expression of the style selected and the finish is truly rewarding.

Easy to pair, this beer is perfect with Canestrato Pugliese cheese or with the equally local gnumeriedde, roulades filled with roast lamb.
